Animal Transport

We are seeking compassionate and reliable volunteers to assist with transporting rescued dogs. As an Animal Transport Volunteer, your role is crucial in ensuring the safety and care of our rescued animals during their journey to receive medical treatment, rehabilitation, foster homes, or adoption events.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport dogs from rescue locations to veterinary offices for medical treatment.
  • Drive dogs to foster families or rehabilitation sessions as needed.
  • Transport dogs to and from adoption events.

Requirements:

  • Own a truck or vehicle capable of securely holding a dog crate.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable working with dogs of various sizes and temperaments.
  • Previous experience handling dogs is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Compensation:

You will be reimbursed for gas and mileage expenses.

Foster Caregiver

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for a rescued dog.
  • Care for the animal’s daily needs, including feeding, grooming, and exercise.
  • Administer medications or follow a veterinary care plan if required.
  • Transport the animal to veterinary appointments, rehabilitation sessions, or adoption events as needed. Or transportation will be provided
  • Offer love, patience, and socialization to help the animal thrive.

Requirements:

  • Experience with pets is a plus but not required—training and support are provided.
  • Ability to dedicate time and attention to the foster animal’s care.
  • Willingness to work with animals that may need extra patience and training.
  • A safe and secure home environment.
  • Ability to transport the foster animal as needed.

Support Provided:

  • All necessary supplies, including food, crates, and medical care, will be provided.
  • Access to resources and support from our team of animal rescue experts.

Street Feeding Ambassador

Make a difference in the lives of stray dogs by joining our dedicated team of volunteers who provide food and water to soi dogs in need. As a Street Dog Feeding Volunteer, you will help ensure these animals receive essential nourishment and care, offering them a lifeline in their challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Join a team to feed street dogs in designated areas of town.
  • Distribute food and water provided by the organization to ensure dogs are nourished and hydrated.
  • Observe the dogs for any signs of illness or injury and report concerns to the team leader.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized feeding area during and after each session.

Schedule:

  • Morning feedings: 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
  • Evening feedings: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Flexible scheduling—volunteer as often as you’re able.

Requirements:

  • Compassion for animals and a willingness to work with street dogs.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
  • Ability to travel to designated feeding areas.
  • Reliable and punctual to meet scheduled feeding times.
